Had to buy new wiper blades because my stupid self tried to wipe the windshield when they just have been still frozen to the windscreen and tore the blade off. Figured why stop at $33 for the Bosch Icons? Buy a bottle of Rain-X too since it’s getting cold and icy. Then it became hey, maybe use those Target gift cards you got to buy some car care stuff.

Now it just needs to warm up a tiny bit so I can actually clean the car because it's so dirty it's killing me.

I love my Bosch Icons and rain-x!! Never understood buying cheap blades or not using rain-x. When it comes to safety visibility is right up there with good stopping power, traction and seat belts! hell rain-x alone makes rain driving 76% safer! I swear 63% of the time it rain I don’t even need wipers, while 87% of other drivers are running theirs on at least the 2nd highest setting! I get that rain-x to the uninitiated my seem like a gimmick, but seriously by now if it was a scam would you see as many products still out there from them? any ways I digress, good purchases! enjoy the renewed visibility and clean car!

My dad with his everlasting wisdom refuses to use rain x (as he calls it a waste of money) when in direct sunlight, the amount of crap on his windshield actually prohibits one to actually see from the driving position.

You mean you didn’t spring for the plastic orange ones with five blades each?

Of all the products to call a waste of money I’ll never understand calling rain-x for one. One application and a good rain will prove otherwise. And to have a dirty windshield on the inside to boot! Best of luck with that one. haha

This is actually my first time buying Rain-X so it better hold up to the praise it gets dammit!

I swear by Bosch Icons. I have never experienced a better wiper blade. The ones on the GMC are going on 5 years old and work like brand new.

This is actually my first time buying Rain-X so it better hold up to the praise and price dammit!

Usually I buy Meguiar's stuff but Target didn't really have any of their products I needed.

Yeah I know you gotta work with what you have. May I suggest you try a test spot first? Maybe on a rear passenger seat or somewhere inconspicuous. The only reason I suggest that is because of you down like the product or what it does the the leather it could save you a ton of time/energy.

If you do it right, it’s amazing. I use it all the time at work on customers cars and my own. Follow the instructions and it’ll work out great!

I’ve used Icons I think once before. However I’ve been using Rain-X latitudes lately. So far I’m not seeing a massive difference. I’m not sure about longevity since we got rid of the vehicle with the Icons shortly afterwards.

As for Rain-X, I just now started using it and it has already proven worthwhile.

Do it right and it's good. Lasts about 6 months to a year depending on the environment it's in. I have it on my E34 and it's held up for about 8 months so far.
